FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 lb. fettuccine noodles
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. light or heavy cream
1/4 lb. sweet butter
1 tsp. black pepper (optional)
2 egg yolks

Mix all ingredients together and bring to a slow boil. Boil macaroni separately, drain, pour sauce over. Top with more grated cheese.
