SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked
5 c. Brownberry sage and onion stuffing mix
4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 onion, chopped fine

Roll into balls the size of golf balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 50.

These might sound awful, but even spinach haters will like them! They are a favorite of Radiology.
