SOURDOUGH STARTER 
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. potato flakes
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast

Mix all ingredients. Cover for 1 day. Stir and pour into quart jar with holes in lid so it can breath. Refrigerate for 2-3 days before using. To feed starter pour into bowl and add the same amounts of sugar, potato flakes and warm water. Let set 8-12 hours. Take out one cup and put the rest back in a jar in the refrigerator. May feed every 3-7 days.
