CORN FRITTERS 
1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 cups cut and cooked corn, crushed
2 eggs, separated

Sift dry ingredients and add corn and beaten egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Fry fritters in deep fat until brown. Drain on paper towels before serving.

Serves 4.
