HAMBURGERS IN SAUCE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

1 green pepper, diced
6 stalks celery, diced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 c. ketchup

1. Mix meat with beaten egg, salt and pepper. Shape into about 12 patties. Brown on both sides.

2. Saute pepper, celery and onions lightly.

3. Mix soup, water and ketchup in baking dish. Add sauteed vegetables and meat patties.

4. Cover. Bake about 2 hours at 325 degrees.
