HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 cans potato soup
1 lb. sharp grated cheese

Mix all ingredients together, except enough cheese to cover casserole. Grease large baking dish. Pour mixture in dish and press out. Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
