HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. pork
1 lb. ground ham
1 c. tomato juice
2 eggs
10 crackers or 1 pkg. crushed
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix, form loaf. Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees. Then pour sauce over meat and bake 1 hour longer.

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar or 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. dry mustard

The secret is in the addition of the tomato juice and the sauce with the fruit juice.
