HAM BALLS 
6 lb. ground ham
3 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can bread crumbs
8 eggs
1 qt. milk
Black pepper (no salt because it is ham)

Roll into balls and cover with mixture of 1 quart ketchup and 1 cup brown sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 48 larger balls (individual serving size).

NOTE: 1/2 recipe makes 2 cookie sheets of small balls.
