LIME BEAN CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked lima beans
4 pork chops
1 thinly sliced onion (lg.)
1 thinly sliced green pepper
1/3 c. hot water
1/3 c. tomato catsup

Put limas, onions and peppers in layers in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle layers with salt and pepper. Brown 4 pork chops in oil or shortening. Place on top of casserole. Add water and catsup to frying pan. Stir and pour mixture over pork chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours. 4 servings. (About 1 1/4 cups beans before cooked.)
