THREE HERB CHEESE SPREAD 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 c. heavy cream
1/8 tsp. salt
Pinch red pepper
2 tbsp. each: fresh snipped chives, fresh parsley, fresh dill, mixed together
Bread or crackers

Beat cheese, cream, salt, red pepper until light. Spread on bread or crackers. Mix herbs together. Sprinkle top of appetizers with herb mix.
