CHEESE AND PEPPERONI SPREAD | |
12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, chopped fine 1 (2 oz.) can ripe olives, chopped fine 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 sm. stick pepperoni, cut into sm. pieces 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 sm. Bermuda onion, chopped very fine Triscuit crackers Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours so flavors blend. Top each Triscuit cracker with 1 teaspoon cheese mixture. Broil just until cheese melts. |
