GREEN CHILE CASSEROLE 
4 oz. can roasted and peeled green chiles, minced
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. tortillas
2 cans boned chicken

Barely brown tortillas in butter or oil in frying pan. Layer in baking dish tortillas, chicken, onions, chiles and cheese, ending with cheese layer.

Combine milk and soup and pour over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Sour cream may be substituted for evaporated milk.
