BAKED FRUIT PUDDING 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
2 c. fruit cocktail, undrained

Sift dry ingredients together. Add egg and fruit cocktail. Mix all together and pour into buttered 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
