EASY DELICIOUS SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS | |
2 lb. ground beef 2 lg. jars apricot jam Plain bread crumbs 2 lg. jars of Kraft barbecue sauce 2 eggs Salt and pepper, to taste Pour together barbecue sauce and apricot jam into a saucepan, heat on low until mixed well. In a large bowl mix ground beef, salt, pepper, eggs and bread crumbs. Roll into small bite size balls, place on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. When fully cooked put into sauce and heat on low for about 30 minutes, then serve. Serve on platter with toothpicks in each and enjoy! |
