JAM THUMBPRINT COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 c. flour
Raspberry jam

Cream butter. Beat in sugar and egg yolk gradually. Add flour and mix. Chill dough for several hours. Form into tiny balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Make depression in centers with thumb and fill with jam. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until light brown. Makes 3 dozen.
