BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, chuck
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms
1 clove garlic; optional
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. burgundy
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef; add onions and next 8 ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes.

Beat together the cheeses and sour cream and mix with cooked noodles. Layer in casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
