SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (40 oz. can)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs (well beaten)
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. plain flour
1/3 stick butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans, (optional)

Mix first 7 ingredients together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 in. pan.

Mix last 4 ingredients together; sprinkle over top of potato mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
