1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce (Texas Pete)

Brown hamburger and onions until brown. Stir in taco mix. Put in loaf dish, sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over meat mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
