VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise

TOPPING:

1 tube saltines, crushed and mixed with a fork into
1 stick butter

Cook vegetables according to package directions. Mix in all other ingredients and put into casserole dish. Top with the saltine topping and bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour until heated through and lightly browned.
