RUEBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
Bread crumbs

In 9x13 inch dish, place a layer of sauerkraut. For second layer, put corned beef, cut in pieces. Mix mayonnaise and Thousand Island together and pour over. Put bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
