CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 1/2 c. broccoli cuts
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked rice
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
3 oz. can Durkee French fried onions

Heat oven to 350°F. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. In 2-quart casserole, combine soup, sour cream and salt. Stir in rice, chicken and broccoli.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with onions and bake an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until onions are deep golden brown.

Yield: 4 servings.
