EGG PUFF SOUFFLE | |
Challah or white bread (2 slices per person) 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 or 2 c. shredded cheese (your choice) 1 or 2 c. of peas Put bread slices on greased pan. Mix eggs, cheese, salt to taste, and pour on bread slices. Put remaining slices of bread on top. Pour milk over the bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is browned. |
