EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat Eagle Brand milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add Bisquick and vanilla. Shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
