CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage, shredded
2-3 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. rice for 1 lb. meat
1 chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Salt and pepper

Brown meat; drain fat. Add onion, rice, salt and pepper, and tomato soup. Bring to simmer. Put cabbage in casserole. Pour meat mixture on top. Do not stir. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees covered.
