CABBAGE CASSEROLE (2) 
1 lb. ground meat
2 med. onions, chopped
3 c. chopped cabbage
4 lg. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese

Cook first set of ingredients in large skillet over medium-heat until meat is well browned and no trace of pink remains. Lay 3 cups chopped cabbage in a large baking dish. Spoon cooked ground meat mixture over cabbage. Top with 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced, and one 10 1/2 ounce can cream of mushroom soup. Bake, covered in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour (until potatoes are tender). Remove cover, top with 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese, and bake 5 minutes longer.
