LIZ'S CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
CASSEROLE
 
1 whole chicken
1 med. onion
1 bell pepper
1 stick butter
1 lg. can tomatoes
Sm. pkg. spaghetti
Grated cheese
Salt & pepper

(This is really a delicious casserole and with a salad and hot bread makes a meal!)

Boil whole chicken, reserving broth. Debone, remove skin and cut into bite-size pieces. In skillet, saute chopped onion and bell pepper in the stick of butter. Add large can of tomatoes and salt and pepper. Simmer until mushy. Add cooked chicken.

Cook spaghetti in broth, according to package directions. Combine all in oven casserole dish. Sprinkle grated cheese over top and heat in medium oven (350 degrees) until cheese melts and casserole is slightly brown around edges.
