CHERRY SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can pie cherries (sour pitted)
1 c. sugar
2 env. plain gelatin (Knox)
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, broken in sm. pieces
1 lemon (juice and grated rind)
1 orange (juice and grated rind)

Boil cherry juice and sugar 1 minute. Add to gelatin which has been dissolved in 1 cup of cold water Add fruit, nuts, orange and lemon juice and rind. Stir thoroughly and congeal. Makes 12 molds or 8 x 12 inch rectangular dish.
