COOKIE CONES 
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg whites
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, beat together sugar and egg whites with a wire whisk. Add flour, beat until smooth. Slowly beat in melted butter until well blended.

Grease and flour a large cookie sheet. Using a plate or dish 7" diameter and a toothpick, draw 2 circles on the floured cookie sheet. Drop 3 tablespoons batter in each circle. Spread with the back of a fork to fill circle. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden. With a metal spatula, pick up cookies and place on a paper towel. Roll cookie with the paper towel. Makes 4 cones.
