PROTEIN PLUS BREAD 
2 egg yolks
4 egg whites
6 tbsp. cream cottage cheese
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. Equal or Sweet n Low

Have eggs at room temperature. Separate carefully. Beat yolks. Add baking powder, cheese, flour, and sweetener, mixing until smooth. Let sit for 10 minutes. Mix again and let stand another 10 minutes. Beat egg whites until very stiff, but not dry. Fold yolk mixture gently into egg whites. Place mixture in loaf pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn oven down to 300 degrees and bake for 25 minutes more. Cool and eat.
