SPICED FRUIT 
Group 1:

2 lg. cans peach halves
1 lg. or 2 sm. cans pear halves
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 can apricots
1 can big cherries (not pie filling)

Group 2:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Drain all fruit, saving juice. Put in large casserole dish. Heat all ingredients in Group 2. If desired, put about 1/2 cup of reserved juice in mixture. Pour this over fruit. Bake for 1 hour at 275 degrees. This is a great side dish for breakfast or brunch.
