PUDDING ECLAIRS 
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 box graham crackers
1 can chocolate frosting
1 med. container Cool Whip

Make pudding according to directions. Let set for 5 minutes in refrigerator. Fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture.

In a 9x11 dish:

Layer 1: Graham crackers (may need to break pieces to fit dish).

Layer 2: Half of pudding and Cool Whip mixture.

Layer 3: Graham crackers.

Layer 4: Rest of pudding and Cool Whip mixture.

Then ice graham crackers with a generous amount of frosting.

Layer 5: Place frosted grahams on top of pudding. May need to swirl frosting together so top is completely covered with frosting. Refrigerate.
