CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BROWNIES | |
1/2 c. butter 1/3 c. oil 1 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 4 tbsp. cocoa Pinch of salt (optional) 1/2 c. sour milk 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. peeled zucchini, grated 1/2 c. chocolate bits 1/2 c. nuts, chopped Cream together butter, oil and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cocoa and salt to creamed mixture. Mix sour milk with baking soda. Add to mixture. Add zucchini. Mix well and spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate bits and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
