SAUSAGE AND EGG BAKE 
1 pkg. Smokies, cut into thirds
6 slices of bread, crusts removed
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 med. onion, diced

Butter bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Line with bread. Layer Smokies on top of bread. Cover with cheese. Combine onion, milk, and eggs. Pour over cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean.
