BAKED PINEAPPLE 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices bread, cubed

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Add pineapple. Stir in bread cubes. Bake in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour or until lightly browned. Serve hot or cold. Very good with ham.
