ROSIE'S PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. Bisquick
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large mixer bowl, at medium speed, scraping bowl, for 1 minute. Stir in Bisquick, cinnamon and raisins. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.

Frost with cream cheese frosting after you beat cheese, butter, milk and vanilla until creamy. Stir in sugar. Cut into 3 x 1-inch bars. Refrigerate.
