HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
Potato buds (enough for 8 servings)
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, 1 1/3 cups instant potatoes (dry), the egg, salt, pepper, onion, ketchup, and milk. Spread in ungreased pie pan, 9 x 1 1/2 inch. Bake, uncovered, 35 to 40 minutes.

Prepare remaining potato buds as directed on package for 4 servings. Top baked meat loaf with potatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 minutes longer or until cheese melts. 4 to 5 servings.
