VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc. or pasta with vegetables
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 can Durkees Onion Rings
Chopped pimentos

Run vegetables under water to thaw. Drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients. Put in casserole and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remainder of onion rings and 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese. Bake 5 minutes more.
