OVEN-FRIED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes, skins on
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. oil
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. onion powder

Slice potatoes lengthwise into eights. Line a shallow baking pan with foil, and put all ingredients into the pan, tossing well to coat the potatoes with the oil and seasonings. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or at a higher temperature for less time if you wish. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Yield: 4 servings - 115 calories.
