JOAN DALEY'S TERIYAKI MARINADE | |
1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. white vinegar 3/4 tsp. ground ginger 1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder) 1 to 2 lb. flank steak or round steak, cut 3/4-inch thick; or chicken breasts Blend all ingredients. Place meat in flat dish and pour mixture over meat. Turn frequently. Marinate at least 6 hours. Broil or grill for 5 to 8 minutes on each side, basting with sauce. |
