STEVE'S HOMEMADE TERIYAKI
MARINADE
 
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. A1 (steak) or HP (brown) sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Accent (MSG; optional)
1 tsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
fresh ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a gallon Ziploc style bag. Add any meat you like (beef, pork, chicken, etc.) Let it sit overnight in refrigerator. Then bake, fry, or grill chosen meats. Dispose of any leftover marinade.
