CABBAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 head cabbage, cut in sm. chunks 1 lb. ground beef 1 pt. sour cream 6-8 oz. Cheddar cheese 2 pieces of bread Parboil cabbage 5-10 minutes. Brown beef and pour off grease. Mix sour cream with grated cheese. Leave some of the mixture for on the top. Layer casserole; first beef, then sour cream and cheese, then cabbage. Make several layers. Make sure top layer is sour cream - cheese layer. Tear up bread into tiny crumbs. Place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
