CARAMEL - APPLE DESSERT 
2 med. apples, peeled, cored, and sliced (about 2 c.)
1/4 c. caramel (ice cream topping)
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Arrange apple slices in microwaveable container. Stir together ice cream topping, water, and lemon juice. Pour over apples. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture. Cook uncovered in microwave for 5 to 7 minutes. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
