JIMMY CARTER CAKE | |
1 c. flour 1 stick butter 1 c. chopped peanuts FIRST LAYER: 1 pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 c. whipped topping SECOND LAYER: 2 c. milk 1 lg. box pudding (any kind) Mix together flour, butter and peanuts. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes; cool. This makes the crust. Blend together the cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter; add whipped topping and spread on top of crust. Mix together milk and pudding. Spread on top of first layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of second layer. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze. Take out of freezer 1 hour before serving. Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. |
