SUGAR CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. white sugar
3 heaping tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. butter

Mix sugar, flour and salt together. Gradually add milk, vanilla and butter; beat with egg beater or electric mixer until well blended. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat and bake until thick.
