STUFFED CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
4 pieces sliced ham
4 slices cheese
Lemon juice
Salt
Garlic
Black pepper
Cracker meal
2 eggs, beaten

Make a pouch in each breast. Marinate chicken with salt, garlic, black pepper, and lemon juice until the next day. Fill each chicken pouch with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese; close the pouch with a toothpick. Dip in cracker meal and then in the eggs and then in the cracker meal again. Cook on medium heat until done. Remove toothpicks before serving.
