FRUIT PIZZA 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines sugar cookie mix (or sugar cookie dough in dairy case sliced)
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip

GLAZE:

1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch

Make cookie dough and press like crust into pizza pan; bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; mix in Cool Whip; spread mixture on cookie crust.

Arrange fruit as follows on top of mixture: Strawberries, cut in half - outline edge. Kiwi, sliced and cut in half - place inside inner circle of strawberries. Bananas, whole slices - place inside circle of kiwi. Mandarin oranges -lay on slant. Blueberries - place in any spaces between fruit. Continue with fruit to cover entire crust. Mix together all of the glaze ingredients and cook over medium heat until thick; cool completely and spread over the fruit.

Note: Crust can be baked a day earlier; however, prepare and place the fruit on the day you will serve the pie.
