ELEPHANT STEW 
1 elephant (med. size)
Salt and pepper to taste
200 lbs. of potatoes, cubed
1/2 acre onions
2 rabbits (optional)
150 gal. brown gravy
1/2 acre celery
1/2 ton carrots

Cut elephant into bite size pieces. This will take about 2 months. Add enough brown gravy to cover. Cook over open fire about 4 weeks at 465.

This will serve approximately 3800 guests. If more are expected, 2 rabbits may be added, but only in an emergency, as some people do not like to find hare in their stew.
