ENGLISH TEA MUFFINS 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2/3 c. raisins

Mix as cake. Place in buttered muffin tins (small). Sprinkle with a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped pecans. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees or 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
