PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
4-6 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts; optional

Grease jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
