CRISPY RAISIN DROPS 
1/2 c. soft butter
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. granola
1/2 c. Carabas chocolate covered raisins

1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla. 2. Mix flour, salt and soda. Gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in granola and raisins. 3. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto greased baking sheet. 4. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes on baking sheets before removing to wire racks to completely cool.
